My soil in my garden beds and bucket plants seem to be getting mold. Looks whiteish. What should I do?

Try watering a little more to leach it out. Likely mineral deposit from fertilizer or the natural minerals in the soil. If it persists then perhaps you may want to remove the top layer of soil and till in new soil.
