Instructions: To Start: Place seed in jar. Cover the jar opening with cheesecloth or another fine mesh and secure with a rubber band. Rinse seed in jar with water, and drain. Refill jar with cool water and soak the seeds for 4-8 hours at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Drain water completely. Daily: Rinse seed twice a day until completely germinated to avoid mold growth. Always drain well. Munch & Crunch! When sprouts are ready to eat, store in the refrigerator in a covered container. Before eating, always rinse sprouts.
