McKenzie Seed Asian Vegetables – Pepper Santaka

$2.19

These hot and intense spicy peppers are an excellent addition to Asian dishes. Plants produce high yields of green, 6 cm long x 1.25 cm wide (2 1/2″ x 1/2″) peppers that turn red when mature. 40,000 to 50,000 Scoville Heat Units (hot). When harvesting these peppers, avoid touching the interior of any broken peppers as the capsaicin is an extreme irritant, especially to the eyes. After picking wash hands thoroughly or wear gloves when picking peppers.
