A hybrid Speedwell (aka Austrian Speedwell) that forms a bushy mound of narrow green leaves, bearing upright wands of bright blue flowers, looking very Astilbe-like, for weeks on end, starting in early summer. Removing faded spikes regularly will encourage more buds to form. Excellent for cutting. Attractive to butterflies. Quite possibly hardy to Zone 3.
