Description

Arctic Phlox is very similar to Moss Phlox, but more rugged and hardy. Plants form a low cushion of needle-like evergreen leaves, bearing masses of small hot-pink flowers in late spring. A good choice for the sunny rock garden, or for edging in a well-drained garden. Shear plants lightly after blooming. Clumps may be divided right after flowering, or in early fall. Native to northern Canada.
