An All-American Selection Winner! Evergreen Parsley has wonderful dark green leaves. These large, curled leaves can an be used for flavoring salads and soups or as a garnish.

Preparation Ideas: Use fresh or dried as a garnish or in seasoning.

Grows Best In: Part Sun/Part Shade

Growing Height: 30-40 cm (12-16″)

Best Container Size: 12″+

Instructions: Soak seeds overnight in warm water. Start indoors in a sunny location 6 weeks before planting outdoors. Or, sow in the garden in rich, moist, deep soil in sun or partial shade as early as ground can be worked.

Suggestions: Leaves can be used fresh, dried or freeze them for later use. Interplant parsley with roses and tomatoes to enhance vigor of both.
