Preparation Ideas: Thinly slice 2 cucumbers (leaving skins on). Combine 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over cucumbers and stir well to combine flavors. Sliced onions and chopped dill can be added for additional flavor. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Instructions: Sow seed directly in soil once all danger of frost has passed. Soil must be fertile and rich in compost. May be started indoors before last frost. Roots should be disturbed as little as possible while transplanting.
Suggestions: Plant near beans, peas, tomatoes, cabbage and lettuce.
