Requirements & Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of soil (often 50+ lbs), and work in humid or extreme temperatures.

Working Environment
Staff typically work in indoor, climate-controlled greenhouses during the cold months and then open air which can be hot. Some tasks may occur in outdoor nurseries or shade houses. The work is often seasonal, with peak demand during the spring and summer planting seasons.
