Would flowering Japanese Dogwoods survive in Winnipeg? I see pictures of them in ON and PEI. A beautiful dusty plum colour. Can they be purchased in Winnipeg?
This is a zone 5 plant and we’re a zone 3 so it would not survive our winters.
